Preparation

Before any blood test, it is required to have in your possession a prescription by a licensed health professional (doctor or medical resident, nurse, pharmacist, dentist, midwife).

Photo identification issued by a government agency will be required at the appointment time (for example, driver’s license).

Appointments can be booked by phone or online via our website. The analysis fees will be confirmed when making an appointment. You will not be charged any fees for opening a file or sending results.

Someone will contact you to explain the preparation protocol if applicable.

Our fees are payable on delivery of the service and may be reimbursed by your insurance provider if your policy covers laboratory analysis costs. Contact your insurance provider to confirm your lab testing policy before booking an appointment.

A licensed OIIQ or OIIAQ member nurse will welcome you to our branch, explain the steps of the procedure and take the sample on-site.

We accept the following payment methods: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. A receipt and an invoice will be given to you on-site and by email, which you may use to make a claim to your insurer.
